Executive Assistant to the Group CEO
iungo is seeking an experienced, proactive, and wholly attentive Executive Assistant (EA) to manage the day-to-day professional and personal affairs of our Group CEO. The Executive Assistant will be a highly respected, valued member of the senior team, acting as a critical enabler of the CEO’s vision and a strategic asset to the wider business. Head of Business Development
Are you a high-performing B2B sales professional ready to step into leadership? iungo is looking for an ambitious, mid-career Head of Business Development to accelerate our B2B growth. While your initial launchpad will be dominating the market across Wales and the West of England, you will have the mandate and autonomy to expand our reach and cultivate high-value relationships globally. This is the ultimate step-up opportunity to take ownership of an international growth strategy, build a team legacy, and maximise your earning potential with an uncapped commission structure.
Head of Operations
iungo is seeking a sharp, process-driven Head of Operations to optimise and lead our end-to-end delivery ecosystem. This is a critical leadership role encompassing the entire business lifecycle – from the exact moment a participant enrols, through training, assessment and examination, and successful offboarding.
If you are a mid-career professional looking for a high-impact step-up opportunity where you can leverage your people management skills to drive operational quality, this is your next move.
Community Manager (iungoworks)
As our Community Manager, you will run iungoworks day-to-day. This is a highly visible, dynamic role where no two days are the same. You will blend premium hospitality, proactive sales, and community building to create an unparalleled environment for our members.
If you love connecting with people, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and thrive when managing a vibrant space, we want to hear from you.
Graduate Marketing Executive
As our Graduate Marketing Executive, you will be the engine for our B2B growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-channel marketing strategy that builds the iungo Solutions brand, communicates our unique value, and—most importantly—generates a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads for our sales team.
This is a hands-on role perfect for a ‘full-stack’ marketer who can move seamlessly from high-level campaign planning to writing compelling copy and analysing performance data. Your mission is to position iungo as the UK’s go-to partner for businesses looking to solve their technology and productivity skills gaps.
Customer Acquisition Executive
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented graduate with an interest in B2B sales and customer relationship management. As a Customer Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business-to-business (B2B) leads for our training business. Working at the forefront of our commercial growth strategy, you will develop your network and work closely with businesses to identify their skills gaps and training requirements, converting new prospects into long-term partners.
You will be the first point of contact for potential business clients, understanding their unique challenges and demonstrating how our solutions can drive positive outcomes for the business and their employees. You will work as part of a dynamic customer acquisition team in a goal-oriented environment.
Graduate Software Developer (Front-End)
As a Graduate Software Developer (Front-End), you’ll be at the heart of our development team, playing a crucial role in shaping the user experience of the iungo Academy platform. You will work alongside our senior developers and other colleagues to translate creative concepts into seamless, responsive, and engaging digital experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills on a variety of internal and client-facing projects while contributing to a platform with a real-world impact.
Graduate Software Developer (Back-End)
As a Graduate Back-End Developer, you will be the architect of the server-side logic that powers the iungo Academy platform. You will be responsible for building the core functionality, managing data, and ensuring our application is robust, secure, and scalable. Working closely with our senior developers and front-end team, you will build and maintain the APIs that deliver a seamless learning experience to our users. This is an incredible opportunity to develop your skills on a variety of projects and contribute to a platform with a real-world impact.
