  • Act as the company’s point of contact for ALN coordination, identifying learners who require additional support during the onboarding process or during their programme.
  • Design and implement reasonable adjustments, individual support plans, and learning strategies to ensure training is accessible to all.
  • Provide guidance to the wider tutoring and delivery team on best practices for supporting learners with diverse learning needs.

Safeguarding & Learner Wellbeing

Promote a strong culture of safety, inclusivity, and British Values / Prevent duty awareness among staff and learners.

Act as a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) or Deputy DSL, taking responsibility for receiving, assessing, and managing safeguarding referrals within the organisation.

Respond swiftly and sensitively to learner wellbeing concerns, making external referrals to relevant agencies or support services when necessary.
