Funding & The Apprenticeship Levy
How can we use our Apprenticeship Levy?
If your annual pay bill is over £3 million, you can use your Levy funds to pay for our accredited apprenticeship programmes. We provide a full Levy Management service, helping you navigate the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) and ensuring you get the maximum return on your investment.
What if we are a small business (SME)?
For smaller employers who do not pay the Levy, you can still access high-quality training. In many cases, the government pays 100% of the training costs. We can help you apply for these subsidies and manage the administrative burden.
Are there any additional costs?
The funding covers the cost of training and assessment. Employers remain responsible for the apprentice’s salary (which must meet the National Minimum Wage for apprentices) and providing the required time for “off-the-job” training.Workforce Training & Recruitment
Can you help us recruit new talent?
Yes. We offer a managed recruitment service where we source, pre-screen, and match candidates to your specific business needs before they begin their apprenticeship journey with us.
Can we upskill our existing staff?
Absolutely. Apprenticeships are not just for new starters. You can use iungo’s programmes to “upskill” or “reskill” current employees, helping them move into more technical or senior roles.
What is the “Off-the-Job” training requirement?
By law, apprentices must spend at least six hours per week (for a full-time role) on learning that is separate from their daily tasks. iungo works with you to schedule this so it causes minimal disruption to your operations.
Consultancy & Data Services
How does your Labour Market Intelligence (LMI) benefit employers?
We provide bespoke reports that show you exactly what skills are in demand in your specific region and sector. This allows you to make informed decisions about hiring, salary benchmarking, and long-term business strategy.
We also provide a white-labelled Data as a Service (DaaS) product for educational institutions, and local, regional, and national authorities that provide Careers Information, Advice and Guidance (CIAG) to customers.
What are Skills Bootcamps?
These are flexible, intensive training programmes (up to 16 weeks) designed to fast-track individuals into specific roles. For employers, they are an excellent way to train staff in specific digital or technical skills quickly, often with significant government subsidies.
