Head of Operations
Head of Operations
iungo is seeking a sharp, process-driven Head of Operations to optimise and lead our end-to-end delivery ecosystem. This is a critical leadership role encompassing the entire business lifecycle – from the exact moment a participant enrols, through training, assessment and examination, and successful offboarding.
If you are a mid-career professional looking for a high-impact step-up opportunity where you can leverage your people management skills to drive operational quality, this is your next move.
You will lead the strategic optimisation of resource utilisation, process effectiveness, and quality assurance. Managing through a tier of capable managers, you will ensure our training delivery, exam centres, and tutor teams run like a finely tuned machine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimise Resources: Maximise resource utilisation across our training delivery and examinations centre (overseen day-to-day by the Operations Manager).
- Lead Delivery Teams: Lead and empower tutor teams (overseen by Learning Experience Managers) and our Strategic Centre Managers.
- End-to-End Ownership: Oversee the entire operational pipeline from customer enrolment through training, assessment and examination, to offboarding.
- Compliance & Quality: Maintain rigorous standard operating procedures to ensure 100% compliance across strictly regulated environments.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead the continuous improvement of our processes, eliminating inefficiencies, and driving operational quality.
- Process Specialist: You have demonstrable experience managing and optimising complex processes (you may have a Lean Six Sigma certification or similar)
- Skilled People Manager: You are a natural leader who excels at managing through managers, aligning distinct teams (operations, tutoring, experience) toward a unified standard of excellence.
- Ready for a Step-Up: You are a hungry, mid-career professional seeking the opportunity to translate high-level business strategy into smooth day-to-day execution.
- Uncompromising on Quality: You have a sharp eye for detail and a proven track record of maintaining strict compliance without sacrificing operational speed.
