The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification serves as the essential starting point for progression into higher-level process excellence roles.
Upon completion, your employees will possess the necessary foundational and practical knowledge to seamlessly transition into specialised, advanced certifications. This includes:

The CSSC Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is £1,295 inclusive of VAT. This includes one full day tuition, access to practice papers, Courseware, and one tutor 1:1s.
Examination fees are £180 inclusive of VAT. Examinations can be taken at our Authorised Pearson Vue Test Centre in Cardiff or by remote invigilation.
