Level 3 Skills Bootcamp in Advanced Manufacturing
Leverage your industry expertise to fast-track your career. This intensive programme elevates your existing knowledge, transforming you into a high-value specialist. You will master critical methodologies like Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement, gain digital skills in Power BI and Data Literacy, and acquire advanced, hands-on technical abilities in Soldering, Repair and Rework, and Wire Harness Assembly. In just 10 weeks, you’ll achieve a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a Level 2 Award in Advanced Manufacturing technologies (semiconductors).

Participants may have operator level or above experience in Manufacturing, Construction or Logistics environments. They may have been made redundant or are looking to upskill for an advanced manufacturing environment such as the Semiconductor Industry.
Participants do not require a specific level of Numeracy or Literacy to take part in this programme but they should be comfortable with taking measurements and interpreting basic instructions. formal entry requirements for this programme. Candidates applying to undertake this programme should possess a reasonable level of data literacy and be comfortable interpreting charts and graphs.
- 10 full days tuition to the WJEC Level 2 Semiconductor syllabus and CSSC Lean Six Sigma Green Belt syllabus

The primary aim of this Skills Bootcamp is to support participants to find new employment opportunities in the advanced manufacturing industry or upskill in their current role. Participants are guaranteed an interview for a relevant role with a local employer upon completion of the course.
Upon successful completion of this Skills Bootcamp, participants will be able to progress onto a Level 3 Advanced Manufacturing Apprenticeship and prepare for the WJEC Level 4 Higher Technical Certificate in Semiconductor Technologies.
After completing the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Exam, participants will be able to work towards the CSSC Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. This is an internationally recognised certification.
The Level 3 Skills Bootcamp in Advanced Manufacturing is £1,895 inclusive of VAT. This includes ten days tuition, access to practice papers, a guaranteed interview
