Responsibilities
Our Advisory Board is provides advice and guidance to the Executive and Management Team in the following areas:
- Strategic Direction: Contribute to the development and refinement of the strategic direction for the Company’s training division.
- Compliance: Provide independent oversight of the training division’s operations to ensure they are effective and compliant.
- Constructive Challenge: Offer constructive challenges to the executive team on their decisions and performance.
- Stakeholder Interests: Ensure that the Company’s operations are aligned with the best interests of its stakeholders.
- Expertise: Utilise their professional experience in the fields of Education and/or Technology to inform discussions and decisions.
Advisory Board Members
Our Advisory Board consists of experienced, senior experienced consultants who provide non-mandatory strategic advice and direction to the Executive and Senior Team for iungo Solutions (and iungo Academy).
Matt Rees
Chief Operating Officer, Bridgend College
Matt is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Bridgend College, and formerly the Vice Principal for Work-Based Learning and Commercial Activity. Matt loves working with people and helping individuals develop. He thrives whilst in challenging situations and enjoy the opportunity to think creatively. He also loves learning from people who are far brighter than I am!
Gaynor Lewis
Former Director of Business Development, ILM
Gaynor Lewis MSC, FIoL brings over 25 years’ experience in Executive Leadership roles and representation at Board level across the vocational education sector in the UK and international arenas. With a passion for enabling people to grow, develop and reach their full potential – Gaynor is embarking on a portfolio of opportunities combining Executive Coaching and leadership facilitation with voluntary roles including NED -Trustee at WJEC, Ambassador for the Universal Coaching Alliance and Working Options in Education.
David Peña
Director of International Trade, Chambers Wales
With a strong background in retail operations all over the globe, David brings a robust understanding of International Trade and Global Business Development. He has been a member of the UK Institute of Export since 2021.
Callum Booth
Senior AI/ML Engineer, Just Eat
Cal is an ex-physicist and data expert with an aptitude for education. Previously, he was an instructor of advanced programmes at Multiverse, where he taught learners in their degrees in data science, software engineering and IT consulting.
