Co-Founder & Group CEO

Jessica is a multi-award-winning Engineer and Entrepreneur. Jessica invented a series of fibre optic sensing technologies for medical applications before joining Sony in 2016 where she held engineering and operational roles interfacing internationally across the corporation. She received an MBE for services to women in Engineering in Wales in the 2020 Queen’s Birthday Honours.

Jessica graduated from Cardiff University with an honours degree in Astrophysics in 2015 and completed her MBA with Manchester Metropolitan University in 2023 with a disseration in Foreign Direct Investment in Semiconductors in Wales. She is an experienced Company Director and was recognised as the Womenspire Non Executive Director of the Year in 2020.

Jessica is Vice Chair of Wales’ largest awarding organisation, WJEC, Education & Skills Chair at Chambers Wales, the former Chair of the Centre for Digital Public Services in Wales, and a former Non-Executive Director at the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (IfATE) in England.

Co-Founder & Group CFO

Tom co-founded iungo Solutions to build the skills provider he wished existed during his senior leadership career at global innovators like Amazon, Sony, and KSR International.

In these high-stakes environments, Tom saw firsthand that strategic talent creation and effective people management are the ultimate competitive advantages. He transitioned from a successful intrapreneur to a founder to scale his impact, creating iungo’s unique, employer-led, learner-centric business model.

Tom’s vision is clear: to challenge convention and set new benchmarks for the industry. Tom ensures iungo delivers the agile, future-focused skills provision that yields tangible results for both businesses and individuals. A passionate advocate for lifelong learning, he holds a BA in Management, an MBA from the Open University and is currently completing a BSc in Economics and Mathematics.

Tom is an experienced finance professional, providing stewardship of the business, maximising strategic financial resources and chairing our Advisory Board.

Operations Manager

Hayley oversees Operations at iungo Solutions, leading the Tutor Practitioners, Customer Acquisition, Core Operations, Marketing and Events. Hayley contributes a rich background of knowledge, from dedicating her time as a Branch Manager in Travel to embracing an Operations Management role in Banking & Finance for 16 years, with a focus on Compliance. Hayley is deeply committed to employee development and customer satisfaction and has a strong dedication to enhancing every environment she steps into.

Sales Manager

Ploy is responsible for Sales, Marketing, and Business Development across the iungo Group including our training and commercial property solutions via our iungoworks brand. She leads our Customer Acquisition and Marketing functions. Ploy is a CIPD Level 5 qualified HR Professional and holds Associate CIPD membership. She is uniquely positioned to maximise value creation from our training products for our business customers and broader engagement initiatives including our popular schedule of events.

Product Manager

Matt is responsible for developing and maintaining our Product Portfolio. They are an experienced Senior Tutor Practitioner which supports them to translate new content into operational products, using a ProductOps approach. Matt operates at the intersection between customers, engineering, and operations, driving a high value and competitive product portfolio. Previously, Matt was responsible for the development of customer-facing applications and services for iungo.

Facilities & Compliance Manager

Brad is an experienced Senior Manager and Educator having worked in a range of sectors and in a range of roles within Further Education and Work Based Learning across the UK and Europe. Brad works closely with our business clients, Awarding Organisations, and regulators to ensure that are compliant in all aspects of our contract, including IQA, Health & Safety, and Sustainability. Brad is responsible for the operation and maintenance of our estates across Wales and the South West.

Engineering & Infrastructure Manager

Mason is leading our Technology & Automation Strategy and designing our platform and data architecture. He is pioneering the development and integration of new technologies into our evolving platform to meet customer and internal requirements for an end-to-end Learning Experience (LX) platform. He works closely with our operational and support teams to ensure a high-availability and effective service to all of our users. Mason is also responsible for our Intelligent Buildings Strategy.
