Key Responsibilities

Front-of-House & Day-to-Day Operations

  • Reception: Man the front desk, warmly welcome members, guests, and corporate clients. Act as the primary go-to person for any daily needs.
  • Facilities & Environment: Ensure the space is immaculately presented, clean, and fully operational at all times. This includes managing refreshments (tea/bean-to-cup coffee stations), coordinating meeting room setups, and tracking inventory.
  • Tech & Admin Support: Assist members with basic onboarding technical logistics (Wi-Fi connectivity, printing, and access control cards). Manage incoming mail and virtual office services.

Enquiries & Member Relations

  • Account Management: Handle the end-to-end lifecycle of members, from initial onboarding and contract creation to offboarding.
  • Tenant Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for private office tenants, resolving day-to-day enquiries, managing room bookings, and keeping communication fluid.

Sales, Marketing & Viewings

  • Lead Management: Respond promptly to incoming digital, phone, and walk-in enquiries regarding coworking passes, meeting rooms, and office leases.
  • Conduct Viewings: Lead engaging, professional tours of West Bute House for prospective members, matching their business needs to iungoworks’ flexible solutions.
  • Local Advertising & Promotion: Drive awareness of the space by managing local marketing initiatives. This includes creating engaging daily content for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram) to showcase the iungoworks environment and lifestyle.

Event Organisation & Community Building

  • Event Coordination: Plan, promote, and execute a monthly calendar of events, ranging from professional workshops to informal social mixers
  • Ecosystem Cultivation: Proactively introduce members to one another to spark collaboration, building a genuine, supportive professional community within the building.

Skills & Experience

We hire for attitude as much as experience. If you are outgoing, highly organised, and love making people feel welcome, you’ll fit right in.

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in coworking spaces, premium hospitality, estate/property management, or high-touch customer relationship roles.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptionally outgoing, empathetic, and an excellent communicator. You naturally love connecting with people and building professional rapport.
  • Highly Organised: A natural multi-tasker who can smoothly transition from greeting a visitor, to resolving a tech glitch, to giving a formal sales viewing.
  • Proactive & Resourceful: Self-motivated with a “no task too small” attitude, happy to take ownership of the building’s success.
  • Digital Literacy: Comfortable utilising workspace management software, CRM tools, billing platforms, and social media scheduling apps.
