SMART Cymru supports iungo Solutions Limited to develop a Blockchain Careers Marketplace to support neurodivergent users.

iungo Solutions Limited is conducting industrial research to develop a Blockchain Careers Marketplace to support neurodivergent users to access careers in the creative industries in Wales. This builds upon audience research conducted with Clwstwr to ascertain the key challenges for autistic and neurodivergent people in securing employment in the creative industries in Wales.

The technical advantage of this proposal is the combination of machine learning algorithms and blockchain technology to help a specific group of the population.

iungo’s aim is to address real-life challenges for neurodivergent creative professionals, which will dynamically and authentically match talents with jobs/career opportunities.

This project will safeguard jobs within the company and if successful, there is the potential to increase their skilled workforce. iungo’s ambition is to become a key employer in creative technologies in Wales.

iungo Solutions Limited was incorporated in January 2020. Their mission is to mobilise a high-achieving, adaptable and resilient workforce through its CareerTech Platform and socio-economic insights.
