Role Description

As a personable font-of-house representative and an efficient worker, you will recruit and onboard learners for our diverse range of Learning Experience (LX) programmes. You will provide first-line customer service to our new and existing customers. Your key roles and responsibilities will be recruitment, onboarding, and administrative support.


LX Recruitment 

  • Contact potential participants from our CRM for our programmes 
  • Follow up on quality leads through phone calls, emails and social media 
  • Promote and reshare our programmes on social media
  • Manage MailChimp, Eventbrite and Social Media campaigns to engage wide audiences of new and existing customers
  • Organise Recruitment Events and Upskilling Fairs with partners
  • Organise iungo’s attendance at external recruitment events and job fairs
  • Work closely with Business Development to achieve daily recruitment targets
  • Report recruitment progress and challenges to the Employee Experience (EX) & Recruitment Lead



  • Verify participant suitability for learning programmes and eligibility for funding (where applicable)
  • Support participants to complete programme and funding applications
  • Build rapport and relationship equity with new applicants and existing participants
  • Liaise with the Programme Tutors regarding 
  • Enrol and onboard participants, supporting inductions



  • Administer the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and Recruitment Tracker
  • Manage the shared LX Calendar to provide visibility of LX programmes
  • Set up delivery folders and registers in advance of LX programmes
  • Send joining instructions to Participants
  • Administer the Talent Pool Database and manage participant information and opportunity preferences
  • Create and manage participant accounts, permissions and groups
  • Capture and report Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Data and Accessibility & Barriers Data to inform and improve future deliveries



  • Work with the Digital Growth team to design Recruitment Campaigns
  • Design new image or video content in Canva
  • Manage social media communications “in the field” when at events

Person Specification


Familiarity with and understanding of:

  • Recruitment techniques
  • Traditional Marketing or Digital Marking tools
  • One or more Social Media platform including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X) and/or LinkedIn


You will have some or most of the following skills and willing to develop the remainder:

  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Confidence to approach new situations
  • Strong aptitude for learning
  • Negotiation skills
  • Experience using Canva and/or MailChimp
  • A good grasp of data and KPI/target focus
