A 9-week fully-funded Bootcamp programme for graduates, career changers, and existing employees looking to upskill for the manufacturing sector. Gain transferrable qualifications and secure a guaranteed interview with a local employer.
Developed in close partnership with local manufacturing and engineering employers, this free intensive programme is designed to provide you with relevant skills and qualifications in-line with current local job vacancies in the sector. The course is suitable for:
- Graduates (FE/HE) with a Level 4+ qualification in a relevant sector subject area, or
- Non-graduates who are employed or recently unemployed with a relevant core skill set, and are looking to reskill/upskill to enter the Fintech industry. The first two weeks of this 10-week programme include additional intensive modules in coding, so even if you are self-taught with a passion for programming and no formal qualifications in this area, we encourage you to apply.
All participants will receive a weekly £150 training allowance. Partnering local manufacturing and engineering organisations are committing to interviewing all those who complete the required modules.*

Tom de Vall
Tom leads our strategic management provision, covering all aspects of Workplace 4.0 from culture, to strategy, and intrapreneurship. Tom works with executive management teams to develop their workplace culture using facilitation and coaching techniques to create experiential learning opportunities for workplace 4.0.
Bradley Tanner
Brad leads on our intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship training provision. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and specialises in business improvement. Brad is an experienced leadership coach and works with businesses on turnaround projects.
Mark Williams
Mark is an expert and published author in the domain of perinatal mental health. Mark is leading on the development and provision of our Mental Health in the Workplace courses for compassionate colleagues, first line managers, and entrepreneurs and business owners.
