Lean Leadership with Power BI

Delivered in Partnership with the West of England Combined Authority, our Lean Leadership with Power BI Programme has been developed to support employers who are committed to creating a culture of continuous improvement whilst also embracing digital tools like Power BI to increase data-driven decision making. Our team of Certified Black Belts and Data Engineers are experienced in delivering these subjects across manufacturing, construction and the public sector.
Lean Leadership with Power BI follows a unique, interactive 10 day programme mapped to the internationally accredited CSSC Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification syllabus.
Participants will undertake a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Project for their business, with median savings of £200k.

There are no formal entry requirements for this course and no prior experience of Power BI is necessary.
Most Lean Leadership candidates will be managers with responsibility for people, processes and budgets. They should have sufficient autonomy in their role, or have support from superiors, to carry out a Black Belt project.
If they have already achieved a Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt they may be eligible to complete this course in an accelerated time frame.

- CSSC Lean Six Sigma Black Belt examination
- Externally assessed Black Belt Project
After completing the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt you could complete the Master Black Belt course and examination.
Lean Leadership is mapped to the Apprenticeship Standards for ST0555 Level 5 Improvement Specialist, ST0556 Level 6 Improvement Leader, and ST0411: Level 6 Project manager. This gives employees the option of an “accelerated start” on one of these apprenticeship standards at a future point.
The Lean Leadership Programme is £2,990. The West of England Combined Authority will fund up to 90% of the Programme Fee for businesses across Bristol, Bath and North East Somerset, and South Gloucestershire via Skills Bootcamp funding.
- For SMEs: A 10% contribution is required (£299 + VAT)
- For Large Businesses: a 30% contribution is required (£897 + VAT)
The Programme Fee includes ten days tuition, access to practice papers, Courseware, examination fees, externally assessed project fee, and up to three tutor 1:1s.
Examination fees are included in the fee. The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Exam is a 3 hour, 300 question open-book examination.
Organisations who wish to secure six or more spaces on this programme have the option of an exclusive delivery at their business premise at no additional cost.
