Freelance Senior Technical Trainer – Industry 4.0

£20 - £30 / hour + expenses
Remote and/or campus based (pan Wales)

Role Description

Working in collaboration with employers and local colleges and universities, iungo Solutions has developed a suite of training programmes to upskill and reskill engineers, technicians and software developers for Industry 4.0.

We deliver courses at level from GCSE level through to Bachelors Degree level covering a range of topics from digital twinning to data acquisition and industrial software development

Developing the next generation of engineers and developers for Wales’  manufacturing industries.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technical expert to join a fast-growing start-up as a Freelance Senior Training, to support the growth of its commercial training provision. You will lead the development and delivering of Industry 4.0 provision working with likeminded technical and training professionals.

We are looking for individuals with skills in any one of the following areas:

  • C++ Programming
  • C#, Python, Lua or similar
  • JavaScript and TypeScript
  • React Native
  • Raspberry Pi and/or Arduino or similar
  • Programming Embedded Systems
  • NoSQL databases including graph databases and document stores
  • Machine to Machine (M2M) protocols such as OPC UA
  • Cyber Security for Operational Technology (OT)
  • PLC Programming

This is a unique opportunity in which you will play a key role in building a new training business, with exposure to all key business activities.

You will report directly into the Training & Development Manager.
