Role Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and driven individual to join a high-growth, dynamic training provider headquartered in Cardiff Bay, with offices in Cardiff City Centre and Bristol. You will be part of a small team of professionals driving forward our employee engagement strategy to close the industry skills gap.

You will be given a high level of freedom in conducting employer engagement and business development activities, whilst being supported by the wider team. You will be expected to:

  • Research, map and track local employers and job vacancies.
  • Conduct market research and prepare board level presentations.
  • Match current and past participants in our talent pool with live vacancies.
  • Gather and analyse outcome, progression and destination data to identify trends to inform operational and strategic decision making.
  • Obtain client and participant testimonials and capture case studies.
  • Organise and coordinate events including employer Lunch & Learns, Open Days and Recruitment Fairs.
  • Conduct sales meetings and develop customer relationships.
  • Manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Represent iungo at careers and business networking events.
  • Advise the Product Architect on emerging skills requirements arising from employer engagement activities.
  • Advise Marketing with the design of advertising campaigns to target employers.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new and existing products and services.

In this multifaceted role, in which you will develop your research and business development skills in areas including employer engagement, events planning and data analysis. Your work will directly impact the success of the organisation and the successful outcomes of our participants. This is a unique opportunity in which you will play a key role in building a growing organisation, with exposure to all key business activities.
