Our course follows the Council for Six Sigma Certification’s Black Belt Syllabus.

There are no formal entry requirements for this course.

Most Black Belt candidates will be managers with responsibility for people, processes and budgets. You should have sufficient autonomy in your role, or ensure that you have support from superiors, to carry out a Black Belt project.

If you have already achieved a Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt you may be eligible to complete this course in an accelerated time frame.

  • CSSC Lean Six Sigma Black Belt project – £395 inclusive of VAT

After completing this certification you could complete the Master Black Belt course and examination.

The CSSC Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Course is £2,495 inclusive of VAT. This includes ten days tuition, access to practice papers, Courseware, examination fees, and up to three tutor 1:1s.

Examination fees are included in the fee. The Exam is a 3 hour, 300 question open-book examination.

You can become a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Level II by adding on a CSSC externally assessed project for £395 inclusive of VAT.

Funding may be available through PLA and ReAct Plus for eligible applicants. Please note, the contents of the course package may vary depending on the funding stream so please check before applying. See funding for further information.
